Description
This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: NSN: 5865-01-268-1999EW, Oscillating Group; P/N: 445654-1, Quantity: 11 Ea. Delivery: 6 months ARO. Annual Options: Option 1, Qty: 1-5, Option 2, Qty 1-10. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 25 January 2002, with the approximate response date of 28 February 2002. Solicitation will be posted on the web at http://epsa.satx.disa.mil. The required supplies are available for full and open competition. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreement, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
