Description
This modification to the previous announcement is to present the dates, times and locations of four (4) pre-proposal conferences. Everything else from the 1st announcement of this solicitation 6TA-02-MTV-0057 remains the same. The schedule of each pre-proposal conference will typically include presentations by representatives of the Small Business Administration about the HUBZone program, and the General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Small Business Solutions Development Center about the solicitation. Procurement Technical Assistance Center associates might also make presentations at some or all meetings. There is no registration process for these meetings. There is limited seating and occupancy in each location. Some locations may require identity verification and/or security screening for entry. Copies of the solicitation will not be made available at the meetings - they will be exclusively offered at www.fedbizopps.gov. Questions will only be accepted in writing, and will be collected during the meeting and retained. Any responses given to questions regarding the Request for Proposals (RFP) at the sessions will be drawn from the information publically available in the RFP itself. Answers that might alter the RFP will be furnished at www.fedbizopps.gov as an amendment to the RFP, and not given at conference. It is neither the government's intent to transcribe or record the conferences, nor to later publish all questions and answers provided at the meetings. Attendance at one of the meetings is encouraged, but not mandatory. Attendees are on their own for refreshments/snacks.
