Description: The VA Central California Health Care System intends to acquires preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for HVAC equipment and refrigerators at the VA Central California Health Care System located in Fresno CA. The work includes valves, solenoids, motor contractors, control panels sensors etc. which represent HVAC support equipment. This is solicitation is 100% set aside for HUB ZONE Certified Concerns. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price base year with four 1-year options.
