Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,323 rentable square feet yielding 1,150 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Greenville, Mississippi. Space must be on the second floor or above and located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Greenville, Mississippi within the following delineated areas: WEST: Walnut Street (Levee for Mississippi River and State Line), SOUTH: Central Street, NORTH: Washington Avenue, EAST: Broadway Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on September 1, 2002. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: Two (2) on-site, outside parking spaces are required immediately. One (1) additional on-site, outside parking space will be required over the lease term. Public transportation and visitor parking must be located within three (3) blocks. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
