- This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs/dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of January 11, 2002. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. For information only; POC David Auer at 614-692-3253, FAX614-692 4748. This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Staples & Pfeiffer(78527) and others. All NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition Download" menu item on DSCC InterNet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under the subject heading "DSCC Corporate Solicitations". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. The CONTRACT SPECIALIST WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION. The FSC to be covered under this project is 4730. It is for a one year Indefinite Quantity Contract and contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government, not to exceed four additional years. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp. Hard copies are not available. Please do not forget to return the completed Section B information by disk, and the completed RFP to the DSCC bid room by the closing date. If you do not have a Section B disk, please download this information from the excel file located on the Internet. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 4730. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to section "M". All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
