Description

NA Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302, the purchase of a Conversion Kit ? E2000 Gravity to E3000 Prevac, Equipment #SK030120305000000000, 4 each and installation of such kits, 4 each from Steris Corporation. The Solicitation Number is DADA13-02-T-0014, the NAICS Code is 421450 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers. However, the Government will consider all pr oposals received within 7 days of publication of this synopsis. A determination not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be used solely f or the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
