- 17. Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT(s): Provide rescue tools and equipment for F E Warren AFB, WY. See Attachment 1 for detailed information of items requested. Faxed or telegraph offers will not be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. F48608-02-P-0018 will be issued as a Commercial Purchase Order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (FAR Clauses may be found by accessing WEB site at: farsite.hill.af.mil/ffar1.htm. NAICS Code is 421850 (SIC is 5087). The solicitation is restricted to Small Business. Best Value Determination will be the basis for award of this contract. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror(s)--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A completed, signed copy to this provision FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted with any offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov. At the home page select the FBO for Vendors. A series of indexes will follow requiring these selections: USAF -- Offices; Air Force Space Command Locations; 90CONS; Posted Dates.
