- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0115 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 212321. The Small Business size standard is 500. This procurement is to purchase 3,000 tons of crush and run gravel. The following provisions apply to this acquisition. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference.
