Description: NA The procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The source for this requirement is the Raytheon/Lockhe ed Martin JAVELIN Joint Venture. This requirement will be a modification to an existing contract. The requirement is described as One C size Authorized Stockage List (ASL) of replacement spares for the JAVELIN weapon system. SEE NOTE 22.
