Description: Engineering Services necessary to gather the necessary information from all OEM and Government sources to provide an accurate account of the major historical and future events during the service life of the F-15 Aircraft. The contract shall prioritize all gathered information and interface with the Government ASIP team to make recomendations for future structural repairs and/or modifications required to maintain the operational readiness of the F-15 Aircraft. This requirement is supported by "Justification and Approval" documentation designating the effort as Sole Source to the OEM (MDC / Boeing St Louis) Note: 22 applies
