Description
This modification is issued to notify all interested parties that Solicitation Number GS11P01MAD003, Commercial Facilities Management Services at the Department of Veteran Affairs Building located at 810 Vermont Avenue, N.W., Washington, D. C., is cancelled in its entirety effective December 6, 2001. The decision to cancel was based upon a decision made by the Committee for the Blind and Severely Handicapped identifying this procurement as a mandatory set-aside under FAR Part 8, Acquisition from Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (See Javits-Wagner-O?Day Act, Section 2, 41 U.S.C. 46-48c).
