PRON: AX2F5008AX, NSN: 1615-01-257-5796, PN: 7-311511137-31, Quantity 53 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. This is a Small Business Set-aside and is limited to those small businesse s which are approved. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This is restricted to the approved small businesses Jaco Engineer ing (1H427), and The Purdy Corporation. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 27 each 360 Days Aft er Contract Award and 26 each the following month. The First Article Test Report is due 228 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 27 each 300 Days After Contract Award and 26 each the following month. Th e closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in or der to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the webs ite www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
