Description

SCOPE Lease a conference room to convene three meetings of the Personnel Recovery Advisory Group (PRAG) in FY02. SCHEDULE (MEETING DATES) 12 February 2002, 11 June 2002 and September 2002 (TBD). LOCATION Minimum ? within walking distance of a Metro stop. Optimal ? within the Crystal City or Pentagon Area. CAPACITY Large enough to seat 25 ? 30 PRAG principals around a conference table(s). Additional seating for up to 50 supporting PRAG members. SECURITY Minimum ? secret. Optimal TS/SCI. AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum ? capable of single screen projection of computer graphics (Government can provide own laptops and projectors). Optimal ? capable of dual screen projection of computer graphics. Podium with microphone (ideally 2 roving microphones would be best.) FACILITIES Must have rest rooms and water fountains nearby. Should have 2 ? 3 telephones available for local use. Need a table and chair outside the conference room to verify security clearances prior to entering the conference room. FOOD/BEVERAGES Must allow food and beverages in the conference room. Must have an area either inside or outside the conference room to set up coffee and doughnuts in the morning and a lunch buffet of cold cut sandwiches and sodas.
