- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue a firm fixed price contract in support of the Naval EOD Technology Division Indian Head, MD. The requirement is for the subscription providing access via the Internet and/or CD-ROM to the following documents without having to go from site to site to find the information: Active and Historical Military and Federal Specs and Standards, Military Handbooks, Military Bulletins, MS & ANA/AN Drawings, DESC/SMB Drawings, CIDs, FIPS, all ASTM standards, all ASME standards, all ASQ standards, all EIA standards, all DoD Adopted Industry standards of the ANSI standards, and Federal Logistic Information System (FLIS), several Navy unique databases such as Allowance Parts List (APL) and Allowance Equipage List (AEL), H-Series Handbooks, and P2002. This is an unrestricted solicitation for a Commercial Item Acquisition. The competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The period of service will be from February 01, 2002 through September 30, 2002, with 4-option periods. The Government reserves the unilateral right to exercise any option periods. The solicitation for this requirement will be available on or about December 15, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, or quotation for consideration no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time 15 January 2002.
