Description

Janitorial Services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), at the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), General Mitchell International Airport, 5330 S. Howell Avenue, (Zip-53207-6116) and the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Timmerman Airport, 5001 N. 91st Street, (Zip-53225) both located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Solicitation DTFA14-02-R-34175 is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for an initital period and four (4) option years. Offerors must be within a 100-mile radius of the facilities. The offeror must have a business address (not a post office box) within a 100-mile radius. Approximate award date is March 15, 2002, with a start date of April 1, 2002. Approximate cost for the initial period and four option years is $250,000.00.
